OUR MISSION
POLICIES
With over 20 years of experience working with school administrators,
I've met many administrators and built many excellent and strong relationships. My team and I will try very hard to make your decision to work with us a positive experience.
My goal is to pass the "Would You Buy Again Test?" This means that you trust us, like doing business with us, would work with us again, and would recommend us.
Having you as a repeat customer is an honor. We appreciate you recommending us (my company) to your friends and other school administrators.
Thank you ....... Barry Peterson, Owner
In 2003, I founded School Check IN, where my team and I grew into the premier School Visitor Management System.
We innovated features you use today, such as scanning visitor driver licenses, checking sex offenders, checking late/tardy students, checking faculty and staff, checking Substitutes, checking Volunteers in/out, and tracking volunteer hours.
Our new application, 33 HelpME, may be new to you, but I'm not new to security. Over the past 20 years, I have exhibited at more school, and security conferences than anyone else.
I've crisscrossed the country talking with Superintendents, Principals, IT Directors, Security Directors, Police Chiefs, SROs, and Security Professionals. I've learned that today, people want safe places more than ever.
In my conversations with administrators, they tell me why they like working with us and buying from us.
We know Barry Peterson and his team at 33 HelpME. We worked with him previously when he owned School Check IN.
We like working with his company because they are a trusted vendor and the kind of people we enjoy working with. Trusting the people we work with is essential when selecting safety applications. We need a solid vendor, who is responsible for installing, maintaining, and updating the safety application and providing technical support.
As the decision-maker, I see safety applications as an
essential investment for ensuring the safety and security in my community. These are the key factors that I look for in safety applications.
User-Friendliness: Safety applications should be user-friendly and easy to use. Everyone in the school community must be able to access and utilize the application efficiently in an emergency.
Customization: Different schools have different safety needs and protocols. Safety applications must fit the school's needs and can be highly beneficial. For example, the application should allow the school to set up different alerts.
Reliable and Fast: In an emergency, time is of the essence. Safety applications should be reliable and fast, delivering alerts and notifications quickly.
Integration: Safety applications should be able to integrate with other technologies and systems in the school. For example, an application that can integrate with the school's security cameras or access control systems can provide a more comprehensive approach to school safety.
Data Security: The safety application should have robust data security protocols to protect sensitive information. This includes secure logins, encrypted data transmission, and secure storage.
When purchasing safety applications for the school, user-friendliness, customization, reliability, integration, and data security are all critical factors to consider. By investing in a robust safety application, the school can help ensure the safety and security of its students, staff, and visitors.
