IS SCANNED, WHAT HAPPENS?

QR Codes when scanned by a user with a smartphone or smart device, will automatically cause the user's smart device to send an immediate SMS text message to your designated help center.

Within seconds, a text alert message is instantly sent to all members of your central operations or to each member of your response team's cell phone.

33 HelpME has created a new use for a well-developed and proven technology: QR Codes. We have created a unique application using QR Codes that will automatically launch and cue up the user's SMS application on their mobile device. The user needs only to press the SEND button to call for help.

ARE REPORTS AVAILABLE?

YES< Reports are available.
Reports are easy to create, and provide the data you want in an easy and understandable format. Print, view and/or sort your reports by day, date range , activity, or by person. Select from standard, detail or summary reports. Reports can be automatically scheduled to run at specific days and times and emailed as a pdf file, so you can get your report automatically with your morning coffee.  Reports can be printed to any standard laser or ink jet printer.  Reports will provide data on who summoned help, the nature of the request, and the date and time the 33 HelpME button was clicked.

IS 33HelpME Alerts AVAILABLE FOR AN ENTIRE CAMPUS, BUSINESS, AIRPORT, STADIUM, ARENAS,or a MUNICIPALITY?

WHAT ABOUT TRAINING AND SUPPORT?

Training & Support for the user is not required.  Smartphone users are already well versed in how to use their camera to scan QR Codes.

HOW IS THE LOCATION OF THE SENDER IDENTIFIED?

The location of the sender is included in the SMS Text Help Message that you receive.  When each 33HelpME QR Code Decal,.the installation process records the QR Code and the location for only that location.

WE HAVE AN "APP", WHY DO WE NEED ECPs?

Your "APP" requires Internet.  If there's no WiFi, then your APP doesn't work.

Studies have shown that less than 60% of your users actually download your "APP".  When they need help, it's too late to start to find, download, and install your "APP.

33HelpME Alert QR Codes do not require WiFi.  There's no "APP" to download, install, or learn how to use it.  33HelpME Alerts QR Codes just work.

PLUS, unlike your "APP", 33HelpME Alert QR Codes do not require software developemnt, maintenace, deployment, or technical support.  And any person with a smart phone can use it.

WHY CAN'T USERS JUST CALL 911?
